FINDING OUR WAY

DIVERSITY

In this series of paintings “Diversity” speaks to the issue of our differences. Through different colors, shapes and sizes I represent the fact that in spite of our differences we belong together. We become a cohesive unit.

EQUITY

With “Finding Our Way” I work with obstacles, with color and with movement throughout the painting. This movement will open our minds to the idea that even in difficult circumstances equal opportunities and outcomes are available.

EQUITY

“Into The Light” is a journey from clouded and obscure times to a place of enlightenment. The people represent us all. And given the ability to move forward we embrace fairness, understanding, uniqueness and equity.

INCLUSION

Inclusion is represented by “Coming Together”. The people in this painting represent the uniqueness of us all. Together as a group embracing color, size and shape, we are more alike than different. When moving from a darker place into light we are working together and better.
